3. Next, create a Group focused on solutions to the problem you identified in step 2 by clicking on "Join Us Now, It's Free".
4. Once registered, go to "My Status" (within the Community) and click on "Start New Group". Your Group Name should relate to the problem you identified in step 2. For example, the demonstration group we set up about Keynesian Economics is named "Stop Keynesians". BTW, the "Stop Supply Siders" Group is a demo also.
5. Under "Description", enter a short description of the problem you have identified. In our example we wrote, "Keynesian Policies are punishing productive members of society and rewarding the nonproductive."
6. Under "Category", select "Chronicles Team Member to Be". For "Group Type" select "Open" then click the "Create Group" button.
7. A page will load offering four choices. Select "Post a News Bulletin" and follow the instructions for posting a self-authored 500 to 2,500 word discourse focused on the problem you identified in step 2. Note: it is best to have your News Bulletin already written by the time you get to this step.

Team Member Appointment Process
Every Team Member appointment is based on the criteria described above. Chronicler0 will make the first Team Member appointment. The First Team Member and Chronicler0 will appoint the second Team Member. All of the then current Team Members will make subsequent appointments. All decisions, including who will fill the CEO position and the salary levels for all Team Members are determined by majority vote of the Chronicles Team Members.
The 1,000,000 shares of CWI stock, held in reserve for the Chronicles Team will be awarded to the Team as a group once the number of unique monthly Chronews visitors reaches an average of 10,000,000 for a ninety-day consecutive period.
Why this approach?
Using an open system to staff the Chronicles Team demonstrates a genuine commitment to rely on a collaborative community to make the important decisions. As impressed as Chronicler0 may be with his own abilities, he will be the first to admit his judgment is no match for the collective wisdom of the potentially ten of thousands of individuals who will involve themselves in the Chronicles Team Member selection process.
It is this same faith in the wisdom of the people that lead to the rejection of conventional funding from Venture Capitalists or debt financiers to launch ChroNews. It is the problem of the other golden rule. He who has the gold rules. Such funding would place too much power in the hands of too few, a move that would be counterproductive to the goal of putting the power of the press into the hands of the people.
