The Chroniclers Community is searching for solutions to problems Not Elsewhere Classified. NEC is where the community tackles issues that do not fit into one of the other departments.

Chroniclers, when identifying a specific problem please follow this Solutions Framework:

Problem Identification

Give a short description of the problem.

Why We Care?

Explain its impact on individuals, organizations, regions, etc.

Who is Hurt/Helped?

Who suffers if the problem is not resolved? Does anyone benefit from the continued existence of the problem?

Origin of the Problem

It is difficult to solve a problem without getting at its roots. Get out your "shovel" and start digging.

Is the Problem Critical?

Has the problem reached a critical stage? If not, how long before it does?

How to Solve the Problem?

Since you likely do not have a magic wand, what practical, implementable solutions do you feel would solve the problem?
