To insure each local Chronicles remains faithful to truthful reporting, every Chronicles Publisher (CP) is governed by a set of Bylaws modeled after the U. S. Constitution.
The Bylaws grant the Territorial Governing Body the power to remove a CP that fails to maintain a strict adherence to Non Partisan Pursuit Of Truth®. Local citizens elect the members of the Bicameral Governing Body and members are term limited.
