Optimum solutions come from Wise Chroniclers. You may be a Wise Chroniclers if those who know you best describe you as: wise, intelligent, astute, knowledgeable, bright, rational, competent, perceptive, smart, insightful, gifted, ingenious, incisive or perspicacious.
Wise Chronicler Awards are given for solutions to private problems when the Solution Seeker is satisfied with the proposed solution and for public problems when the number of Chroniclers addressing a shared problem exceeds seven (7) and a majority agree the proposed solution(s) are meritorious.
Black Vested Wise Chronicler Awards go to those who author the best solution(s) to problems.
Brown Vested Awards go to those who create the second best solution(s), and White Vested Awards are for third best solutions.
Wise Chronicler Award recipients can be individuals or Groups.
Cash 4 Advice Awards are given to Chroniclers for superlative advice. These awards are underwritten by companies or organizations who are determined to be part of the solution to shared problems by becoming Solutions Sponsors.
Any community member may offer free advise for solving problems and is eligible for Wise Chronicler and Cash 4 Advice Awards.
Wise Chroniclers offer free and fee based advice to both individuals and organizations. Search for a Wise Chronicler to tackle your problem in the Directory of Wise Chroniclers. Begin by joining the Community. It's FREE!
Public Problems
Public problems are defined as those shared by a large number of individuals or organizations.
Examples of public problems shared by individuals include: 1) rising cost of food and energy, 2) unfunded public employee pensions, 3) educating our children, etc.
Public problems shared by organizations include: 1) business taxation, 2) governmental regulatory policies, 3) the challenges of globalization, etc.

The search for solutions to public problems is optimized when the entire Chroniclers Community is engaged in the search. Therefore, public problems are openly publicized.
To engage the Community in a public problem you could
- Create a Chronilcers Community Group where like mined individuals coalesce around shared problems and offer solutions (or join an existing Group),
- Use the Short Form to identify a Problem,
- Submit a Problem-Solution Form to both identify and solve a problem,
- Complete the Solution Form to share your solution to a previously identified problem,
- Submit text or upload video for publication on ChroNews which advances community understanding of shared problems,
- Send a self-authored article focusing on a specific problem to

Private Problems
Millions of us struggle with problems that are of a private nature. Examples include: 1) custody battles, 2) personal debt, 3) spousal infidelity, etc.
Even though these are "private" problems, it is likely others have experienced pain from the same issues. It could be helpful to someone in a crisis to communicate with either a professional or individual who has dealt with a similar issue in the past.
Private problems are not publicized, so, in order for the Community to provide advice the Solution Seeker searches the Directory of Wise Chroniclers and "invites" the person, that in the Seeker's opinion is able to offer appropriate advise.

- Joining the Chronilcers Community and the first time you login select "Privacy" under the Profile tab and choose the level of privacy appropriate for your situation,
- If you use the Short Form to identify a personal problem select "Private" in the form, or

. No need to give names or specifics, just the nautre of the problem. The contents of all "myproblem " emails are held in the strictest of confidence.
Why a Collaborative Community?
Most problems do not just happen, they build over time,. Whether it is a public or private problem, it often takes decades to recognize the problem.
In those instances where it is a public problem, if the political class, elites, celebrities (you name ‘em) had the answers, would the world be in its present predicament? All experience has shown we the people cannot depend on existing institutions to solve these systemic problems. In many cases these institutions have exacerbated our problems.
Clearly a Collaborative Community of Chronilcers consisting of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences would have a broader selection of skill sets at their disposal.
In cases of private problems, if the person or persons engulfed by the problem were equipped to solve the problem they likely would. Often an impartial, third party is able to better see how the "trees make a forest".
Somebody Knows Something®
Nobody has all the answers. Yet, usually Somebody Knows Something®. The Chronicler Community is where those who know something join with others to search for solutions to public and private problems.
Solving our most vexing issues will take the collaborative effort of millions of individuals. Think of the Chroniclers Community as a home for solutions oriented individuals to work together in Non Partisan Pursuit of Truth®, believing it is the best way to solve problems. All Truth Seekers understand solving a problem begins with truthfully identifying the problem.
Cash 4 Advice Award Amounts
The Community gives recognition to superlative problem solvers through both Wise Chronicler and Cash 4 Advice Awards. During the Alpha phase the Cash 4 Advice amounts will be $50.00 for First prize, $25.00 for Second Prize and $10.00 for Third, all based on the Community's evaluation of a posited solution.
At the close of Alpha (when the number of Solutions Sponsors reaches 100), the Chroniclers Community will devote ninety-five (95%) percent of the revenue from all the "above the fold" ads to a pool from which the Cash 4 Advice Awards will be drawn.
Additionally, Solution Sponsors can pledge up to $25,000.00 for a Cash 4 Advice Award given to the Wise Chronicler (or group) who offered the best solution to the problem the Solution Sponsor identified.
If you do not see your favorite organization in the Directory of Solutions Sponsors, perhaps you should ask them why. Maybe, if you give them a little encouragement they will decide to be part of the solution.
Every Chronicler who enrolls an organization in the Search for Solutions Partnership will receive fifteen (15%) percent of the amount the organization invests to become a partner. That works out to somewhere between $20.00 and $300.00, depending on the Solution Sponsors Enrollment Level.
