Chronicles is the print component of a Tri-Platform news and information delivery system. Chronicles content is provided primarily by a collaborative community of problem solvers dedicated to Non Partisan Pursuit of Truth®, believing truth is the best tool for anticipating, identifying and solving societal problems.

If you happen to excell at dealing with problems we encourage you to become a Chronicler by joining us in the Chroniclers Community.

You could be honored with a Wise Chronicler Award which is indicative of an individual’s (or Group’s) ability to solve problems as measured by other Community members. Wise Chronicler Awards are given for solutions to private problems when the Solution Seeker is satisfied with the proposed solution and for public problems when the number of Chroniclers addressing a shared problem exceeds seven (7) and a majority agree the proposed solution(s) are meritorious.

Brown Vested Awards go to those who generate the second solution(s). White Vested Awards go to those with the third best solution(s).

Think of the Black Vested Wise Chronicler Award as evidence the recipient's problem detecting and solving skills have been evaluated by the Community and found to be superlative. Equate it to the "Black Belt" worn by one who has mastered the martial arts. Wise Chronicler Award recipients can be individuals or Groups.

Cash 4 Advice Awards are given out weekly to the top three Chroniclers (or Groups) who generate the most discussion about a specific problem.

The Awards Rules

Wise Chronicler Awards are given out daily whenever the number of Chroniclers addressing the same shared problem exceeds thirty-five (35).

Superlative Chroniclers can earn Cash 4 Advice Awards underwritten by organizations who are determined to Sponsor Solutions as a way of being part of the solution to shared problems .

During the Alpha phase the Cash 4 Advice amounts will be $50.00 for First prize, $25.00 for Second Prize and $10.00 for Third, all based on the level of discussion generated.

At the close of Alpha, CN will devote ninety-five (95%) percent of the revenue from the three "above the fold" ads to a pool from which the Cash 4 Advice Awards will be drawn.

Incidentally, when the italicized Chronicles appears it is referencing news delivered in our print editions. Whereas, “Chronicles” is a shorthand term for the complete Tri-Platform News System which includes ChroNews, Chronicles and news alerts delivered on handheld devices.

The platform is available for Licensed use by locally owned and independently operated news organizations provided they meet the Chronicles’ standards: the most important of which is a dedication to applying a Non Partisan Pursuit Of Truth® approach to solving problems.

The world faces unprecedented challenges. Limiting our sources of news and information to the existing news infrastructure will continue to fail to provide the knowledge needed to govern ourselves successfully and to select the best solutions to our problems. Would the World be in the predicament it is in today if the existing news industry had been doing the hard work of journalism?

We define journalism as an earnest commitment to discovering truth regarding the what, why, who, when, where and how of the issues and events affecting our lives.

Once discovered, truth demands reporting without fear or spin. This is authentic journalism. An honest journalist is a truthful Chronicler of what is discovered in the pursuit of knowledge.

A significant amount of content found in Chronicles is non-monetary content submitted to ChroNews either through the Chroniclers Community, the Submit Content link, the Video link, the Blog section or content submitted directly to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Since we do not sign paychecks, content contributors are free to speak their minds unencumbered by what they think the “leaders” of Chronicles might want to hear. Of course Chroniclers are eligible for Cash 4 Advice Awards but the choice of such recipients is in the hands of the Chroniclers Community.

Additionally, Chroniclers can earn cash compensation for content reused by other Chronicles Publishers, provided the author has elected to store the content in the ChroNewsRoom Repository. Of course, by the time a Chronicles Publisher (CP) pays a reuse fee for a specific Chroniclers' content, the content has undergone the scrutiny of the Community.

ChroNews tracking system counts the number of times a Chroniclers' content is accessed and a CP's License to Publish is subject to invalidation if reuse fees are not paid in full in a timely manner.

We are not saying “Stay away” to professional journalists. We invite everyone concerned about our shared future to join us and use the tools found at ChroNews to help anticipate, identify and solve problems.

All are encouraged to join us in an effort to make it more difficult for anyone to cling to non fact-based positions. A principal goal here is to empower thoughtful individuals who focus on solutions rather than ideologies.

Our platform facilitates a Collaborative Community effort at solving shared problems through the creation of virtual communities of hundreds, thousands and millions of citizens who share concerns about the social, political, environmental and spiritual health of their town, region, country, and the world.

By working together collaboratively, each of us becomes informed and enlightened to an extent unachievable if working in isolation. With Chroniclers all over the world identifying, investigating, and chronicling issues of concern we create the best knowledge based solutions to the many problems we face.

Alternatively, if you intend to periodically (but not regularly) engage in problem solving you can Submit Content for a specific department.

No Billionaires

You may be pleased to learn the Chronicles system of newsgathering and reporting is not under any billionaire media giant’s control, any government control nor is it under the control of any one individual or small group of individuals.

Hundreds of individuals living in each community being served govern the operating activities of their local Chronicles. The operational Bylaws every Chronicles adheres to were modeled after the United States Constitution.

The Bylaws grant the local territorial governing body the power to remove a Chronicles Publisher if strict adherence to Non Partisan Pursuit of Truth® is not consistently maintained. Local area residents elect members of the bicameral governing body and the members are "term-limited".

Lord Acton said, "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely." Control over each Chronicles is widely dispersed among hundreds of individuals like you. This is necessary because no single individual or small group of individuals can be trusted with the power of the press. The reason being: we are all human.

When Truth Matters®, the surest way to maintain a news organization worthy of that rarest of attributes, i.e. the trust of the people. is to put the power of the press in the hands of the people^SM.

What kind of future will you and your children have if society's systemic problems are not solved? How can problems be effectively resolved if truth in journalism is not restored? The standard U.S. license fee is thirty-three cents per population of the territory being served. However, for a limited time we are awarding a FREE “License to Publish” in select U.S. Territories.
